1. Overview

SecureCheck is a data breach monitoring service operated by Love Lake Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using SecureCheck at securecheck.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using SecureCheck, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Description of Service

SecureCheck checks email addresses against publicly known data breach databases and provides reports on exposed data, risk assessments, and prioritized security recommendations. The Service is informational and does not guarantee the detection of all breaches or the prevention of future security incidents.

4. Accounts and Authentication

After purchasing a report, an account is created using the email address associated with your payment. You access your account via a secure, passwordless sign-in link sent to that email. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for any activity that occurs under your SecureCheck account.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Love Lake Technologies is the merchant of record and will appear on your bank or credit card statement. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee.

• One-Time Report: A single payment grants access to a full breach report and action checklist for the email address provided.
• Monthly Monitoring: A recurring subscription that includes ongoing breach monitoring and updated recommendations. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to check email addresses you do not own or have authorization to check.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or payment requirements.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service without permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code that make up the Service are owned by Love Lake Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that breach data is complete, that all exposures will be detected, or that following our recommendations will prevent future security incidents. SecureCheck is an informational tool — it is not a substitute for professional cybersecurity advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Lake Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. For subscription cancellations, see our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
